Cancellation Policy

TOURS (up to 6 people):

• Payment required upon reservation.
• Cancellation Policy up to 8 days prior to reserved date; 100% refund.
• Final number of participants will be confirmed 7 days prior to tour. Full or partial cancellation within 7-3 days prior to reserved date; 50% refund.
• Full or partial cancellation within 48 hours or less prior to reserved date; 100% charge.
• All changes made within 48 hours will be charged an administration fee of $ 25 dollar.
• When the Government of Canada (federal/provincial) mandates a travel ban/travel restriction to the Okanagan in the timeframe of the reserved tour, we will grant a refund. However, this policy does not cover personal decisions not to travel to this area due to concerns when there is no travel ban/travel restriction mandated by the Government.

TOURS LARGER GROUPS (private, corporate tours of 7 or more participants):

• Payment required upon reservation or up to 45 days prior to reservation date. Reservation includes a $125 non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
• Cancellation within 44-31 days prior to tour; refund 100% with deduction of the $125 non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellation within 30-15 days prior to tour; refund 50%.
• The final number of participants will be confirmed 14 days prior to the tour. There will no refund in case of a full or partial cancellation between 14 days and the actual day of the reserved tour.
• When the Government of Canada (federal/provincial) mandates a travel ban/travel restriction to the Okanagan in the timeframe of the reserved tour, we will grant a refund.
